We collaborated with CBRE to refurbish Experian’s office space on the 6th floor of Cardinal Place, creating a modern, sustainable, and forward-thinking design. The space was carefully crafted to serve as a collaborative hub, with a strong focus on both sustainability and employee well-being.

The office features two main social hubs, a prep and buffet kitchen, open-plan work areas, collaborative spaces, diverse meeting rooms, a wellness room, and a prayer room—ensuring every element of an ideal workplace has been thoughtfully considered.

The collaboration areas were strategically designed to maximize the external views, offering stunning sights of iconic London landmarks like the London Eye, Cardinal Place, and Westminster Cathedral Hall. This connection to the outdoors enhances the workspace, creating a more inspiring and engaging environment.

At Planteria, we took inspiration from Experian’s branding guidelines, subtly incorporating key colors into the design. Shades of purple and pink were woven into the cabinet-top planting, naturally blending the company’s branding with the greenery.

Most of the pots were selected in neutral tones, with subtle blue accents to tie back to Experian’s brand identity.

We also supported Experian in achieving its key sustainability goals by incorporating numerous planters made from recycled materials into the design.

Additionally, these planters were manufactured using 100% pure wind energy, generated by our supplier’s on-site wind turbine—further enhancing the environmental benefits of introducing planting into the office.

Our biophilic design approach includes a variety of freestanding planters filled with diverse greenery. We also added cabinet-top planters, seating booth plants, and tabletop arrangements, featuring a mix of plants, including some vibrant succulents.

This thoughtful integration of natural elements enhances the office’s aesthetic appeal while promoting staff well-being and supporting Experian’s sustainability goals.
