Meet our Floristry Team

At Planteria, our fantastic floristry team is made up of 20 members who all play an essential role in our floristry service. Nine experienced, trained florists with a flair for creativity work to create stunning flower displays. Headed by three floristry team leaders, who ensure that our deadlines are met and floristry production is of an excellent standard, they also make client visits and discuss client requirements.

Our skilled packers, lovingly and carefully pack the flower arrangements for offices ready for delivery using our recycled packaging which is re-used. Then, our dedicated delivery drivers get the flowers direct to our clients and collect them the following week when the old flowers are composted and the vases cleaned, ready for the next beautiful display. Andy, our flower buyer knows the flower markets inside out and he buys our fresh flowers daily, ensuring best quality flowers, in-season, to ensure a wide-variety of blooms to delight our clients. The floristry team also has dedicated administrative support to handle queries and the smooth running of our operations.

Meet our plant technicians

Our team of trusty plant technicians are green fingered, knowledgeable and friendly. They take care of our clients’ office plant displays through regular site visits to water, prune, clean and feed the plants keeping them looking healthy and in great shape. From early in the morning our team are out on the road visiting their regular clients and they form close relationships both with our clients the plants they care for.

Using the latest technology, our technicians keep in touch with Planteria HQ, updating jobs as they complete them, to provide instant on-line reporting and ordering replacement plants as needed for the next planned visit.

I have a passion for meeting and talking to people. My role is to connect with people and create enthusiasm for biophilia, to improve the environment and aesthetics of their spaces.

Creating an understanding with potential clients of the benefits of including planting within their buildings.
Creating connections with Architectural and Design companies where the inclusion of biophilia within their projects has seen a steady rise in demand.
Attending Forums where we are able to meet industry professionals and discuss potential projects and partnerships.
Helping potential clients with planning and inclusion of planting in innovative ways as part of a design process.

Nothing fills me with more passion and excitement than taking a person or company from having no understanding of office planting to a fanatically loyal, long-standing customer who genuinely believes in the product and company. It’s a real pleasure to witness the enthusiasm people show for the results the Planteria team achieve; it gets me out of bed and on the road every day! As Global Sales Director, my role involves working closely with the team to inject appetite, desire, graft and hard work into each one of the sales team, ultimately driving up service and value for our customers.
